This past Valentines Day, Eagle Castle Winery let us storm the castle with love in the form of some awesome decor lighting. On this beautiful February evening we helped add a little visual flavor to the delicious and romantic event Roxan and the Eagle Castle team offered to a lucky group of Central Coast Sweethearts. Our Team at Kramer Entertainment DJ & Lighting was excited to have been asked to provide the decor lighting for Robert Hall’s Annual New Years Eve Bash.  This year we wanted to do something different, so we asked them to turn off ALL of there house lights in the Caves and our lighting designer, Zach, did the rest.  We decided to go with the “Eating under the stars” feel, so you’ll notice our new floating nebula and green stars effect on the ceiling.  Each table is lit by LED pinspot lighting with the uplighting in the background for contrast and accents.  Panacea helped with fabulous lampshades and floral decor.  Catering Unlimited served an incredible 4 course Moroccan Cuisine paired with Robert Hall Wine.. Delicious.  And their service was EXCEPTIONAL!  Thanks to Mike Larson for taking such great pictures for us.

Happy New Year!

Cal Poly recently held a 5k run to raise money for the Special Olympics.  Our very own Kramer Entertainment DJ/MC, Perry Nguyen graciously donated his time that evening to provide the fun music atmosphere for that event.  Thanks to Perry and everyone else who volunteered to support this worthy cause.

Thank you Audrey and Travis for having us as your DJs and Lighting Designers at your Wedding at the beautiful Silverhorse Winery in San Miguel.  It was nice to work alongside one of the best floral designers in our County, Corinne Smith from Panacea Event Floral Designs.  Working alongside Corrine, our lighting designer was able to bring out the key features of the silverhorse winerey’s structure.  Except the 4 sconces on the outside wall, all of the house lights are off using only Kramer Entertainment Decor Lighting.  Although it can change to any color, our brides two choices were candle light and a fucia / purple combo.  We slowly faded between colors at key moments to accent some of the special dances.  Audrey and Travis, thanks for having us and congratulations!

In addition to meeting Vanilla Ice this year at the DJ convention we got a chance to meet nationally recognized Professional DJ trainer Mike Walter from Elite Entertainment in New Jersey.  He helped us form the basis for our DJ/MC training program and has his own video available.

We got a chance to hang out with Mike and his girlfriend Kelly as we showed them what California and Paso Robles has to offer… Vino!  Cool people, cool accent, cool friends!

A Paso wine tour wouldn’t be complete without a trip to Justin Winery and Tobin James, with a little Zenaida in between.

Melissa puts her dress back on to help save Ag Land Weddings

Melissa is putting her wedding dress back on for one night only to support the fight against the SLO County Proposed Events Ordinance.  Thank you Down the Isle for the dress.  Visit us at the CCWP booth located on Higuera St next to bubble gum alley in SLO from 6pm-9pm.  Just look for the girl in the white dress!  Event professionals from the entire county will be there alongside concerned citizens.  Help us spread the word about the damage this will cause the wedding industry, the tourism community, landowners, and brides wanting that dream rustic wedding.  Don’t forget to wear a red shirt, bring $10 to buy one of our “Seeing Red” shirts, or join Melissa by wearing your wedding dress again!  It’s a serious issue, but it’s never been more fun to spread the word.  Join us tonight at 6pm and bring a smile.

It was an honor to be the DJ and MC for Nick and Yasmin’s wedding at the Stillwater’s Winery in Paso Robles.  Stillwaters is one of Paso Robles great outdoor locations for events and weddings, and they are known for their incredible olive oil as well.  Thanks to Lindsey Han for providing the pictures.

DJ Kevin and I approached the music choices for dancing much differently than we usually do.  Nick and Yasmin had asked for more high energy dance and top 40 than we customarily play.  It was a huge hit for their group and a bunch of fun for us.

We also got a chance to use our new LED decor lighting to give some extra light to both the trees and the vineyard down below.  Keeping with Yasmin’s bridesmaid dress color, we used blue throughout.

Yasmin and Nick, Thanks for having us and I hope you guys come back soon to visit and go wine tasting.
